To sign up for the eNewsletters and updates (if you haven't already been added):
Contact the QGBI Membership Team and ask to be added to the circulation list for our area (Region 3). You will need to include your membership number with your request. Email email@example.com
If you're not getting the emails:
1. It may have been filtered by your mail provider and ended up in your junk folder. Add the sender to your Whitelist/Safe/Trusted email address list - this may solve the problem for future emails. However, please be aware future issues could still end up in the junk folder; it's a good habit to check your junk folder almost daily anyway, as you might find other non-junk mail gets sent there by over-enthusiastic security protocols!
2. Have you changed your email address recently? Check your old account (if you can), including the junk folder. If the mailing is there, at the footer is an option to 'Update preferences'. Use this link to change your email address details. You must also inform the QGBI Membership Team as well: email firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Has the Guild got your email address? Again, contact the QGBI Membership Team direct: email email@example.com
If, after checking those options, you are still having difficulty receiving Guild emails you can contact Lindsey Park via firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance so she can establish what the issue might be and help.
